A Daily Countdown and Guided Journal for Educators
About the Author
Heather Molloy is a Special educator in a Title I high school in Southern California. As a veteran teacher, she mentors and trains new teachers to the profession. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, burnout is now the largest contributer to teacher attrition. She hopes that 'School's Out' will help reduce teacher turnover by providing a quick, but an important end-of-day routine that encourages teachers to physically and emotionally leave their work in the classroom. She is passionate about helping encourage a healthy work/life balance in the field of education. Put your mask on first!
A Public Apology
It has come to my attention that I have been insensitive by bastardizing the holy word, Namaste. The intended use of the phrase was to convey and promote mindfulness, wellness, and spirituality. To rectify this, I'd like to publicly apologize. All references to the phrase used have been removed from both the website as well as the Amazon description. It will also be removed from the journal in its second edition.
